My First Week as a Doctoral Student...

So I am officially a doctoral student now. Strange... This first week went well. I will be busy, but in very interesting and more fulfilling ways than much of previous schooling has been. I will be working on a research project, coding video, and it sounds like a very interesting process- more on that later. I have also been enjoying my fun little scooter.
Some of you may have heard about the girl, Camille Cleverly, that has been missing since last Thursday. I have volunteered 2 times now to help with the search. Today I was helping search Provo Canyon for several hours. While I was searching, her body was found a few miles from where our search party was at. She apparently fell some 200 feet off of a cliff while hiking a steep trail by Bridal Veil falls. Helping with the search was a sobering and very interesting experience.
I may update later on my progress in the Ph.D. program. If not, then I probably am too busy (which probably will be the case...).
